Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Pure Labs affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility and approval

We approve affiliates individually. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion, including for making claims that are inconsistent with these terms.

Commission structure

Approved affiliates receive a unique tracked link and coupon code. Standard commission is 10% of the referred order’s product total, with tiers up to 25% available at higher sustained volume. Commission applies to referred customers for 12 months from first attribution. Commission is confirmed after a 30-day hold to account for returns and chargebacks, and is payable once your balance reaches $50, by bank transfer or USDC.

Advertising and disclosure requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in every post, video, or page that includes your link or code, consistent with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Disclosure must be unavoidable, not buried in a bio or “more” section.

You may not make any therapeutic, medical, or human-outcome claim about a listed compound (for example: claims about fat loss, muscle gain, healing speed, anti-aging effects, or comparisons to an approved drug). All products are sold for laboratory and in-vitro research use only, and your marketing must reflect that framing. You may reference published, cited research; you may not present it as a personal-use recommendation.

Prohibited practices

No cloaked or masked landing pages, no bidding on our brand terms in paid search, no incentivized or fake reviews, and no claims of medical licensure or clinical affiliation. Violations result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

Relationship

Affiliates are independent parties, not employees or agents of Pure Labs. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or exclusivity in either direction.

Changes

We may update commission rates or these terms prospectively at any time, with notice to active affiliates.
