This policy describes how Pure Labs handles information collected through purelabshq.com. It does not cover information collected by 1stpharma.com once you leave this Site to complete a purchase — see their privacy policy for that.

What we collect

We collect the email address you voluntarily submit through a newsletter signup, contact form, or affiliate application, along with the page or context you submitted it from (for example, “footer” or “product page”). We do not operate checkout on this Site and do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, or order data.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use the email addresses we collect to send COA/lot updates, respond to inquiries, and evaluate affiliate applications. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it’s stored

Email signups are stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the United States) with row-level access controls. Only server-side processes can write new records; there is no public read access.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email, or by contacting research@purelabshq.com to request deletion of your information from our systems.

Third parties

When you click a “Shop this listing” or similar link, you leave this Site and become subject to 1stpharma.com’s privacy policy for any information you provide there, including payment and shipping details. We are not responsible for their data practices.

Children

This Site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
